Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Should it be necessary for you to request a refund for any of our online training programs or services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds will be provided up to 7 days prior to the start date of the program

• Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 CAD (these are non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor)

• Refunds will not be available due to inactivity on the part of a participant

• Refunds will not be available if program attendance extends past the program registration expiry date of 1 year

EXCHANGES

We are happy to move your registration to the same program on a different date or time that works for you or apply the registration fee to any one of our online mentoring programs.

Please direct all exchange requests to info@superheroes.academy and include:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Program you are currently registered in

• New program / date being requested

Only one exchange allowed per program.
